This two-bedroom cabin offers the primary bedroom furnished you with a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom features flexible bunk beds - a double below and a twin above. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker and toaster. Shared laundry facilities are available. Our cabins offer complimentary Wi-Fi and are equipped with Roku TVs, which include Spectrum cable and access to free streaming channels. Prospective monthly and seasonal residents must undergo a background check and receive approval from Barefoot Landing Management. All individuals aged 18 and over who will be residing in the property must complete the application and background check process. To submit your application, click the "Apply Now" below. We require a minimum of the first month’s rent is required as a security deposit. We allow a maximum of two pets per unit; however, a $400 nonrefundable deposit is required for the first pet, with an additional $35 per month for each pet thereafter. Each cabin and cottage can accommodate up to two vehicles, and any trailers or boats must be stored in the designated area, which incurs an additional fee.
